1. Package price is fixed.
2. Prices do not include charges for work outside the Klang Valley.
3. Exchange of packages are not allowed for customers who have paid deposits except for a package with a higher price than the original package.
4. Customers may request to modify the packages according to budget, just as agreed by the parties of Shutter Shooters Photography.
Outstation charges (Mileage & Accommodation) * if any.
1. These charges include petrol / mileage by mile, tolls, time and accommodation (if applicable).
2. This charge can be negotiable according to prevailing rate.
Booking
1. Bookings can be made between 1 and 5 months before the event and are subjected to availability date.
2. Officially counted booking and a receipt will be issued after the deposit is received.
3. Balance of payment to be made after the album is completed, before or during delivery albums (before delivery if it involves the despatch by post / courier).
4. Reservation date can’t be changed unless there is a vacancy on the desired date.
Deposit and payment
1. Deposit is 50% of the full price of the package.
2. If CLIENT'S ORDER ARE CANCEL after the deposit is paid, deposit will not be returned and officially burnt.
3. Deposits can be paid in cash (by hand) or (online transfer).
4. Account number will be given after the customer agrees with the desired package.
5. Customers are advised to use Maybank2u for online payment transactions in order to facilitate and expedite the matter.
6. Shutter Shooters Photography Album entitled to withhold delivery of the balance of payment delays in the settlement.
Photo
1. Process and ways to edit the picture is subjected to style Shutter Shooters Photography. Customers can make recommendations for this but Shutter Shooters Photography have the right to reject if it is in conflict with the style, design and style Shutter Shooters Photography.
2. All photos of customers are the property of the Shutter Shooters Photography, and we reserve the right to use it in a portfolio or for any promotional purposes.
3. All photos of customer are the property of absolute customers Shutter Shooters Photography. * You have the right to use the pictures that have been edited only whether to upload to a website / blog / Facebook / other social websites / and entering a contest. 4. Softcopy customer files will be stored by us for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of the ceremony. If softcopy pictures in customer deposits lost / damaged, please submit an application for a new copy within that period only.
Album and delivery
1. The waiting period is at least 30 days from the date of the ceremony and the bride in turn.
2. If the album has been completed and the customer failed / late in payment balance, Shutter Shooters Photography will charge RM15 album storage per week (5 working days).
3. Delivery delays will be communicated to the customer and if the delay is unavoidable from the Shutter Shooters Photography more than 14 working days, we will provide one form of consolation 11R sized photos along with frame of RM 100.00 to customers.
4. Delivery is by hand for the area around the Klang Valley. For customers outside the Klang Valley area, you are encouraged to take their own album. If you require us to service delivery, charge mileage (petrol) will be charged. Poslaju or courier service can be made.
